Call for Session

One of the main objectives of Asian Trans-Disciplinary Karst Conference 2024 is to be a place where cave and karst scientists, enthusiasts, and practitioners would be able to gather and exchange their knowledge and experience. This conference is also designed to be as open as possible where every person or community from speleology and karst science can actively participate and contribute together. You are cordially invited to organize a session in the Asian Trans-Disciplinary Karst Conference 2024 and encouraged to invite your colleagues too.

The session organizers are expected to provide reviewer committee for blind review process to maintain the papers quality for publications and ensure that the papers and presenters number is achieved. They also will run the presentation session and coordinate with the venue manager for the poster session. The session organizers will be granted a free registration and accommodation.

Technical Guideline

  1. Each session is expected to have at least 6 papers with only 2 papers from the organizer are allowed.
  2. For the presentation, each session should have at least 8 presenters.
  3. The papers must be peer-reviewed at least by 2 reviewers.
  4. Session organizer consists of maximum 4 persons. It is advised to have team member from different countries.

Registration of the session

no longer than 500 words
